Next Generation Excel for Engineers (Advanced)

An intensive 2-Day working training course

Overview:

Excel has a steep learning curve for new users and especially regarding the plethora of formulas, called functions.

Microsoft has realized this and has started moving to a code and function free environment. In this new movement data can be brought in from just about any software (Excel, databases, pdf’s, the web, to name a few). The data can then be sliced and diced into exactly what the user needs to look at and be ready for analysis. The data ca be refreshed as needed at the touch of a bottom – and nobody needs to know functions or code!

The workshop’s emphasis is analysis, and we will touch on some needed functions for this, control and forecasting from existing business data, and especially the powerful combination of Power Query and Pivot Tables.
Training is done in a friendly and hands-on manner and no minimum level of Excel expertise is required to attend.

This is an Excel-based course that will help you develop an exclusive level of expertise that adds immediate value to your job and company. Delegates will gain skills by working through a number of data sets, each one gaining in complexity.

Engineers, Engineering Technologists and Technicians who have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (possibly self taught), and want to learn how to apply Excel to their discipline should attend and will certainly benefit from this intensive training webinar
